The problem is that all agencies are not using USAJobs and USAJobs resumes. DoD is never in favor of government-wide anything when it comes to HR and they persist in usingout-dated and antique systems that require multiple systems, multiple registrations, multiple resumes and multiple application processes. One company in Cong. Dicks own district who provides federal jobs services to a handful of agencies refuses to use USAJobs resumes. That's a problem.

When do we start examining the diversity of Congress? I don't work for the government but I certainly want the most qualified person. Diversity is not a qualification it is a discrimination. Start hiring quality and not race, gender, or creed. If supervisors are evaluated on this the hiring aqnd promotion decisions will be based on non quality factors.

Its seems that Congressman Dick doesn't feel that minorities are competent enough to use the computer and go thru USAjobs. Its long past time that a federal application no longer asks for a persons sex or nationality, complete the app and let the chips fall where they may, the idea that we still need quota's smacks of racism and sexism
