    Back a couple of decades ago, they had training on a couple of disciplines such as Management Practices in TOE Units (MAPTOE) and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) that might have helped some today.

    Every 5 years or so, I've noticed "NEW & IMPROVED" management techniques appearing like puppies being squeezed out; only to see older sometimes proven, sometimes disproven philosophies repackaged in someone's Master's Thesis or a new book, often being marketed to the military.

    I don't really mind it all that much, since I believe just about everything under the sun should be revisited and reviewed; if only to prevent the mistakes of the past. What I find particularly annoying are the "teenagers" who think they discovered something as good as sex without reading the entire story or between the lines.

    If all the illegals were deported to serve time in their home countries prisons it would free up 40% of the space and reduce conflict
