The GSA OIG has a history of being policical and not properly reviewing or investigating complaints, to the detriment of those filing the complaints. The PCIE and their peers are political clearing houses to uphold improper OIG actions. The GSA OIG since it's inception has been a political organization, that fails to performs difficult or complex duties in a proper manner. The GSA OIG would not know evidence or facts if it hit them. The OIG owes the complainants an apology and they should leave Mrs. Doan alone, and give her a public apology. She certainly deserves that much for the OIG's political actions.

It is interesting to note that Administrator Doan doth protest too loudly. One only wonders whether her continued protest and conttroversal positions she has taken against the GSA OIG is nothing but a smoke screen to redirect the discussion of her serious ethical violations for which the Office of Special Counsel found her inviolate of federal law which the GSA OIG investigation supports. The real question to be asked is why has Ms Doan not be removed from her position as administrator. I would ask why it is taking so long for the white House to take steps to remove Ms Doan for her serious violations of federal law; and her ethical breaches in her conduct. Perhaps with only 8months remaining in the current administration, the clock will be allowed to run out. That certainly sets an example for the hard working dedicate employees of GSA. I think we refer to that as rank has its priviliges.....even when you violate federal law. The GSA OIG has a history of integrity and professionalism as well as the respect of the members of the PCIE and their peers. The GSA OIG since inception has been an outstanding organization, that has always without bias performed their difficult and complex duties in a professional manner based on where the evidence and the facts lead. Ms Doan owes IG Miller a public apology. He certainly deserves that much.

So, with the IG exonerated, what will become of the charges against Lurita Doan and the recommendation to the White House that Doan be removed?

Is anyone surprised at the out come? I think Ms Doan comment says it all.
"I find it remarkable that none of these whistleblowers has yet been interviewed. Instead, their core complaint about harassment and improper intimidation and retaliation is being ignored."
Is it any surprise that the American people are screaming for change. We are so tired of the status quo.

Seems to me that Lurita Doan and four IG attorneys have a conscience and actually act on it. Rather novel for senior leadership in the federal govt. I'm impressed. That's four more than I met in twelve years at the Office of Personnel Management.

Check to see how many of those involved are former Secret Service personnel. Former Secret Service personnel rule the various IG shops and the PCIE. They tend to look out for their former comrades, and some of them even worked for the individuals they are now investigating.

Show some evidence. Or is that a "state secret?"
