As DoD consolidates contracts and cuts procument we will see more and more contract protests. We will also, as this article points out, see more companies taking to the web to press their side of the story. In fact it is more than just the companies themselves that are setting up web sites. In the tanker controversy sites set up by supporters like TankerWarBlog.com are already making their presence felt.
