Getting nominees appointed is an exercise in compromise between the Administration and Congress - always has been. I would want to know which side is not at the table talking before I cast any stones.

I stands to reason, they would stall and try to get What I don't know. If they try to keep the Demos. out so Bush can try his own people. That would be a No No in my books. But Bush is something else, has somethings that should be covered.

Not only is Harry "Do Nothing" Reid holding these up but OVER a dozen Appeals Court Judges haven't even gotten votes. This Congress is pathetic under Pelosi and Reid.
