I believe the more Mr.Chertoff learns about this SBInet, the more he will re-look the way we spend money to establish Networks to share Border Intell. Northrup and Boeing are acting like they invented Wireless Ad-Hoc Ground Sensor Systems. We had these up and running, collecting intell along the south west Border for a few years now.
In-Fact, In August of this year, certain large Defense Companies who are squeezing their way into the Border Security Scene were not pleased to learn we were currently operational with a wireless ad-hoc sensor system ,with feeds to multiagency offices. We put a sensor system in and send the intell to whomever the LEA's deem fit to receive the intell. We are not currently in ICAD but it can be done and we will if the Border Patrol gives approval. They even had a contract to see what sensor systems were compatible with ICAD and we gave that answer in about 3 hours. Its all BS from these Big Companies. Till Then, I'm from the Gov't and I'm here to help!
