    Hopefully the $65M for workforce improvement at FEMA will allow them to hire a better quality candidate. Hopefully it will roll over to ICE

    And conspicuously missing from the article was any mention of ICE, as usual. Also missing was any mention of Customs related investigations, such as money laundering, export enforcement, counterfeit goods, customs fraud, smuggling, etc. I guess we all know who the unwanted stepchild is at DHS.

    You can pour all the money you want into DHS/CBP and it will do no good. As long as we are managed the way we are it is a giant waste of the tax payers funds. The staff continuously rates this the worst agency in the govt and the poorest managed but no one is istening.
