    The UCMJ is for uniformed military sworn to protect and defend the constitution and obey legal orders. If we need more military to do the job, DRAFT THEM. Otherwise, no civilian should be subject to court martial. Check the Veteran status of the sponsors of this idea. Did Mr. Obama serve his country in the military? It is easy to be a "champion" of human rights when you never risked a hair on your head in the real fight.

    Any chance that the State Dept would fall under these provisions?? They have operated with immunity for their criminal actions for ever. Its another sacred cow that needs to butchered

    Everyone is accountable for their behaviour regardless who they work for. The Blackberry employee may have gotten off in human court but he is accountable to his maker.
