    "The bottom line is we're here for one reason -- and that's to serve the customer," IF CONGRESS would do what comes out of their own mouths, INSTEAD of passing IDIOTIC, UNATTAINABLE, UNMEASURABLE bills THAT DO NOTHING for John Q public, this entire country would be far, far better off.
