We don't know what anyone has done or not done in this incident, because apologists for this adinistration don't want anyone to look into it, labelling it "political" and trying to dismiss it. I think it is "political" to dismiss it. I for one want the unvarnished truth. Cant' speak for everyone....

Guess you don't understand the law YOU have to do something to be guilty. Its pretty easy for anyone with 98.6 body temp to understand

Exactly - both broke the law. So when is W's impeachment trial? Oh, that's right - he's never to blame for anything his staff does.

JT, either lying under oath is a crime or it isn't? We can't have 1 rule for the Dem's and a different law for the Reb's

Missing records that are supposed to be kept by law, especially on the leaking of a CIA operative's name to the press, isn't a big deal? I don't know, it seems like a bigger deal to me than getting an after-hours BJ in the oval office.

During the 2006 Valerie Plame incident, it was the State Department that leaked Plame's name. This was known before Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald was even appointed! Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald knew this the first week he was in his position. Knowing this Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald should not have even pursued the investigation, but he did so because it was based on POLITICS not illegalities. Your quote, "... in which presidential aides were found to have leaked Plame's CIA identity to the media..." is a false statement because her identity was out in the press long before the White House aides talked about her to the press. So what use would the emails have except for more political ammunition to try to attack the White House politically with no legal basis to the investigation?
