Grrrreat! The increased budget should really help, especially in the Staffing short falls. What really hurts the VA system is the volume of NON-SERVICE CONNECTED VETS ENTITLED TO VA CARE. They overload the system tremendously. I am a priority 1, service-connected, 100% Disabled Veteran and tried to use the VA System but faced a stone wall on timely appointments and shortage of specialists. Hopefully the Budget increase will help them with increased staffing.
