Ron, Higher calling in GOV was crushed and swept under the rug by the likes of NIxon and Clinton. Those that think outsourcing and efficiency are synomonous need only to look at Blackwater, Morton Thyikol and the Operation Bluewater debacle to realize that it is neither efficient or of a higher calling. My hope is that you'll never need collective bargaining, my prayer is that it still exists if you do.

Figures that the unions would speak out against efficiency. Thanks for staying true to form, Dennis. You and your ilk wil make sure that government remains an employer of last resort for young workers looking for challenges. We've come a long way from the Kennedy days when government service was viewed as a high calling.
