It is unconscionable that KBR would be given another contract after the fiasco with the shower electrocutions ,fowl water plants, and mold filled tents our troops indured.

Interesting that the solicitation specifically prohibited a company from being on more than one team, and yet Lockheed and PAE (a Lockheed company) are on the 2 teams that are protesting!

I agree with Mr. Garrett, to eliminate all the controversay why doesnt the government just award the contract to all 5 Contractor. I mean, my goodness, the contract award is $150 billion, its enough for everyone. Our troops need to be supported the best we can offer and I believe that this will be the best solution to resolve the issues.

The only "winner" in this is KBR it is still doing all the work and getting all the money. Why doesn't the Army just award to all 5 so that they can each compete for the tasks? It's time for the soldier to get more support. The solider is the only one hurt by the current dragging of feet. Seems like KBR influence.
