Good start! Why, even their name says it: National Guard, to guard the nation. Not Iraq, not Europe, the Middle East, South Korea, or the Antarctic, just OUR nation, period! National Guard troops are not regular military, and should never be used as they are today. It's definitely time to scrap the Civil War era Posse Comitatus Act and get serious about protecting our borders. Of course, President Shrub will have to leave first..
