    Great piece! You could have not been more accurate. The whole timing issue is actually huge. There are thousands of systems out there that rely on GPS and Loran for their timing. The internet is one of them, if we did loose GPS (intentional jamming, birds shot down, etc) we would loose all communications in a matter of hours. Talk about all your eggs in one basket. Do a quick search for "GPS jammers" their cheap and available.
