In our commercial dealings with the DOS we have suffered extreme abuse and criminal behavior. The DOS has total disregard for Contracts and the Rule of Law. Due to the fact that the DOS personnel falsified documents, created false affidavits, and blocked FOIA information to us our procurement of justice has been most difficult.
In our search for information we found that the allegations of wrongdoing about the Iraq embassy are not exclusive to it, but may be found in other new embassies. It is also apparent that a majority of the American personnel in our embassies systematically abuse the system obtaining undue privileges, at least in Latin America. In our case a 4,400 square foot home was reported to be less than 1,700. The DOS also established an external parallel office to conduct "unofficial" negotiations regarding all dealings with the new embassy. It is important to understand that the cash value of the businesses around our embassies are in the millions of Dollars per day.
On February 5 of this year Ralph McNamara offered to take action on our case only to have the OIG office completely distort our case. At least with our matter the DOS had no remorse in reporting to Congress completely false allegations. Our appeals to the secretary as well as to the Executive have remained unanswered.
