I just received my first pay for the 08 year. My pay was approximately $5.00 less because of the increase in health insurance. We received a decent cost of living 3.5 percent. Why does the government let this happen. I am under the GS system and work hard all year to receive the cost of living raise. This high cost of health insurance premium has got to stop. Make the government pay more money for our premiums.
