Is it just me or is anyoen else more than just surprised at how much the Department that is supposed to be spearheading the protection of the US and its citizens is more often than not, bypassing rules that they helped establish or were partially instrumental for developing? No system should be exempt from having to do a privacy impact assessment. The results can be kept confidential, but there should always be one.
