It really is a sad thing that regulatory enforcement resources are being cut back at a time when Americans are paying a severe price for the cutbacks that have already occurred. It boggles the mind that sister organizations also are trying to model their infrastruture and field operations on the failing FDA model. Maybe we'll wake up one day? If we wake up at all?
