Ku band problem with Satellite TV conflict? This just doesn't "compute". First, the aircraft looks down and to the sides for most of its view via radar while the satellites are generally above the aircraft and stationary in the sky.
Second, as they say in Real Estate, Location is everything. Are the B-2s bombing the USA or its neighbors? Well, the next question is how much Ku band activity is there in the "Sand Pit" otherwise known as SW Asia?
One item in this story is disturbing. Why give that specific frequency band public scrutiny? This is the first time I've heard of that band being used by the B-2. We do know from experience in Yugoslavia that many adversaries are truly talented in the electronic arena. That may be how we lost an F-117 in that theater when the "Gomers" figured out how to use their cellular phone network to detect overflying aircraft.
