Don't be fooled by bureaucratic doublespeak - A joint Dod-VA Records Sharing system exposes the Federal Government to higher PEB (Medical Retirement) Ratings, higher medical discharge disability ratings and much more medical malpractice liability. The delay of implementation is intentional in order to reduce increased Federal payments to Veterans. But don't take me at my word, look at the Treasury Dept. FMS Medical Malpractice Payments (public records)- they are astounding
