    A very good summary. Resilience will be achieved by vastly improving our skills and knwoledge of operating the infrastructure now in place, and not by any enormous building projects. Know what you have, know the interdependencies of the multiple systems, and know the possible cascading casualties.

    Excellent Article, I have shown this to the Global Director of Security and he has incorporated a lot this aricle in the new updated global security plans for the bank and has ordered copies of mr flynns book for the corporate security library

    a very interesting article but one of the most important aspects of an attack was just touched on lightly . what ever happened to " bioshield " , did we forget about the urgency of stockpilling vaccines ? i remember not too long ago when a pharma company was in the running for a contract with hhs for a vaccine to be self-administered after radiation exposure . that company ( hollis-eden ) followed all the rules and parameters set forth , only , at the last moment , to have a rejection by hhs . a rejection in spite of everyone acknowledging that it was not only a good vaccine but the ' only ' vaccine available . ahhh , the washington political burocracy .
