It simply amazes me that we award bonuses to senior VA employees and I'm sure to the DOD as well and they are unable or "incapable" of integrating their health information systems. While the men and women in the military and VA health care systems suffer, DOD and VA employees are awarded for their incompetence. Leadership is about getting results, and in this case, there is none, on both sides.
