If the demand for Security Guards and Police Officers are so high, Then someone need to explain to all the Disable Veterans who were hired with limited disability, why the new one AR 190-56, requiring them to take an Agility Fitness test to keep their job. Wasn't they hired in the first place with their disability? Fort Benning is about to let go 42 police officers and guards because they can not get medically cleared to take this stupid test.

Anytime a non-qualified, E-4, Air Fore controller has to take a pay cut to join the FAA and attempt to handle a workload that will increase exponentially from the standard that they were trained, someone is getting paid way too much to make dumb corporate level decisions.

The FAA says that the facts in the "FAA Fact Book" are wrong; they're trying to deny the ATC staffing crisis that they created. Wake up Bush administration. The wheels are already falling off.
