Holy Hindsight Batman! You mean to say that here we are, five years after 9/11 and long before, and we still have no comprehensive, working plan to track these people? Not surprising, considering that the current DHS leadership has shown us where they feel the "true" priorities lie ... they have nothing to do with enforcement or accountability.
