What's the price tag for this redundant round of psycho-babble? How much of the limited budget is being carved out that could be spent wisely elsewhere? I don't know how many ways you can tell, show, and/or impress upon people the dangers of drugs and hope they will snap out of their comas and figure it out. This isn't breaking news -- society is a lot smarter and street-wise today. Information about drug abuse and its effects is plastered all over the news, TV, cable, movies, etc. If people don't get the picture by now, then they deserve what they reap. The decision still lies with the individual to indulge or not.
