Chertoff finally figured this out? Man, is that rich. It's not rocket science folks. The major reason we have little or no space is because we have all these aliens, many of whom have already been ordered deported or are trying to scam the system one last time by filing under another giveaway program. Head 'em up, move 'em out! There's no reason to let these people continue to hang around after they've been deemed removable. There's where a great deal of the budget goes to that can be better spent in other venues.

This is a non-issue if we just fast-track these illegal immigrants back over the border as soon as they are caught. Why put them in detention where the good law-abiding taxpayers have to pay to feed and house them? This administration better wake up because the same taxpayers are fed up with footing the bill.
