    It's a no-brainer. It's the same as welfare. If our government never provides incentives for those who are able to work to get off the welfare and become self reliant, they will take the easy way out and remain on welfare. People coming into this country can't believe how stupid Americans are to give away everything they work so hard for. The Iraqis probably feel the same way and say "as long as the stupid Americans are willing to give us all this protection and help, why should we fight and die?"
