    I do not agree that we should do anything about the flow of immigrants into the United States from Mexico or Asia or anywhere else. Now that all the Europeans have gotten in they want to stop everyone else. Forget it! This country is built on immigration and we should open our flow of immigrants! However, we could improve security by administration of the flow if it were legal and controlled.

    I think if we have to keep out the Mexicans then we should build a moat rather than a wall! The moat at least would float a boat from San Diego to the Gulf but a wall does nothing but eat up funds.

    That $1.8 billion would be better spent to start digging a mile-wide sea-level canal from the Gulf to the Pacific. The project would employ many U.S. workers and provide "real" security. Think about it.
