Just for your information: As someone who manages one of those sites, the traffic information you cite is very inaccurate. Alexa is a terrible standard to use when judging Web traffic (http://www.bytesector.com/data/bs-article.asp?ID=264). Our numbers are actually up considerably.

The closer the fall elections get, the less politics people want to listen to or read about. Even I, with a degree in the stuff, am just ready for some football.

Pray tell, what does the right have to protest? They have been in control of the government for years now and the Republican-led Congress is nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Bush administration. Sadly, despite their years of control, this country or the world has little in the way of positive outcomes to show for it. Some members of the GOP are speaking out now only because it's an election year.

I, too, hope the era of fear/hate mongering and smear tactics is over. Bush claims that he doesn't feel those who disagree with him are unpatriotic, all evidence to the contrary. What they have done is McCarthyism to the nth degree. Let's pray that the American people are truly waking up to the dangers of extremism in our own country.

Finally, the people are putting on their glasses and cleaning the muck and mire out of their eyes. I tried these people but they insulted my belief system and turned them off just as fast as I turned them on.
Bill, Rush and Ann are outrageous people. They deserve the hangers on they have to preach to. I thought I had heard it all when Bill told one of his listeners that he would have Fox security get in touch with him. And he did. What happened to freedom of speech in this country?
No radio person has the right to have radio people call you and admonish you for saying another person's name.
Good-bye to these people. They can't fall far enough or fast enough for me.
