    No only should they not get small business funds -- the government should stop the preferred position of the prison industries in providing furniture and other goods to government! This represents slave labor and should be stopped. If prison industries cannot make it on their own why should they be continued? It is time to get out of chain gang labor and prison industries as the preferred source for government to purchase furniture and other goods. Open these contracts to the private sector that has not broken the law and been convicted.
