Weather information could be provided by DUAT or DUATS internet briefings if they would just filter the 40 pages of superfulous NOTAMS and data that is completely out of the range of the flight. Why does a Cessna 172 taking off in central Texas with a maximum of 450nm range until flameout crash need international NOTAMS for IRAQ? DUAT/DUATS briefings are safety hazards due to the hiding of critical NOTAM information. The weather briefing text is buried under the NOTAMS.
