    In light of the recent VA security breach, I think you will start seeing fewer and fewer telework arrangements.

    These teleworkers will have to start doing their loads of wash and catching those cat naps at night or on the weekend -- just like the rest of us.

    If they can work from home, they can work from anywhere. Why not A-76 this process and award the contract to India that can provide well-qualified engineers to do reviews at half the cost of the marginally qualified current force?
