There's something wrong about a union spending money to create and distribute a DVD to thousands of federal employees. An awful lot of people they already "represent" have been left wanting. Even the injured are deliberately overlooked.
A "no union" vote will probably get you the same results for less expense. At least you could put the dues money away for when you will need legal representation.
