Fixing FEMA is important. Changing the name is not only irrelevant, it is expensive. It involves signs, stationary, Web sites, phone directories, every directive and manual used by the agency, etc. In a time when we are fighting a war and cutting taxes, the symbolic name change of an agency is indefensibly stupid. Use that money for hurricane relief.
