Motivation? We work for an openly criminal administration and still required to take ethics trainings. I'm ashamed to be a civil servant working for George Bush. Had I known I would be working for an immoral and dishonest the president, secretary of defense, I never would have joined the federal government. I do what I need to do to fill the requirements of my job, but my effort devoted to finding a job with an honest employer. I truly feel sorry for my employees, and hope they can find honest jobs as well. But the last thing I want to do, for their souls or mine, is to encourage them to better work for a criminal.
