You are so right on it. I am presently writing a report to a very large philanthropic organization about hypocrisy in organizations.
I have found it in every organization i have encountered. Even within the roganization that I have founded myself.
I think it is bad enough to have hyopcrisy in an organization, but it is twice as bad when direcotrs don't acknowledge that it is there.
How do we engage non-profit leaders and organizational and agency heads in this conversation about the issue of hypocrisy.
We must make it easier to talk about for the sake of poor people in this county. I find it more in non-profits, justice organizations, service providing and human service agenciesb than any where elase and it is much more detrimental to community change.
