Unbelievable!!! More earmarks for the direct benefit of the federal unions at the expense of the taxpayer. This fear of competition -- not privatization -- only serves to diminish federal employees in the eyes of their neighbors and the rest of the competitive American economy. Federal unions need to get back on board with public service not just public membership.
