I find the value of this rating system to be questionable. With all of the obvious problems within the federal government, how can you determine which agency performs best? All that this college research group knows is what the federal government carefully feeds them. We know that there is a big mess.
Had the research group done just a little more research on the Internet, they would have realized that the Labor Department has a very serious problem with the federal employees' workers compensation program. The agency victimizes the injured. How can that put them on the top?
The performance report is little more than government-sanctioned propaganda.

Does the State department annual report actually show the millions of dollars in inappropriate travel? I doubt it, so why are they receiving this recognition for transparency when they obviously are misusing taxpayer funds for travel they should not be taking? This demonstrates the ridiculous nature of these awards and that they should be stopped. How much of my money did the government spend to have GMU tell us State is great when we all know it is not! That is another waste of money!
