I'm an EEOC Whistleblower that reported the following: The EEOC is handling their backlog of cases and shortage of personnel by assigning cases to untrained investigators that do not meet the requirements of Title 29 and agency policy MD110. In order to close cases and reduce the backlog, newly hired investigators are assigned cases within days of being hired and without adequate and mandatory training. I reported this to the Commissioner EEOC, EEOC OIG and the OSC and Congressman Bingaman's Office. I was terminated.
