Simple, boys: Cancel the F-22 and F-35 aircraft contracts. They've known for years the airlift and tankers need to be replaced but ignore the requirement. Does anyone foresee the Americans being passed in technology at least in fighters anytime soon? The Air Force also wants to buy UAVs. Sounds like a good idea to skip the F22 and F35 projects.
