This is the Information Age when technological developments come about every day. Yet, Registered Traveler is to release nationwide privately run pilots of a platform that is French-invented, 50 years old and fundamentally flawed because it uses RFID! Jack Abramoff is just the tip of the iceberg! At a time when members of Congress are speaking of banning lobbyist gifts and possibly all lobbying, there can be no question by his boasting, Tom Blank wrote the Registered Traveler RFI! How hypocritical of Congress! The US-invented biometric "platform that can't possibly lead to DNA round-ups" (NIST calls "smart wallet") gave-up and quit the United States in 11/04. Americans are denied access to that technology because lobbyists such as Abramoff and Blank bribed the U.S. Congress and to date, are still buying pilots/contracts, provable in the Registered Traveler RFI!
