    Likewise, I see DHS is also exempt from this requirement. Many jobs could be done at home are other locations that would significantly reduce employees' daily commutes, saving energy, road rage, stress, wasted rent space, etc. But no, the so-called "leaders" in CBP can't manage what they have their hands on, so the reluctance to let go and possibly improve morale is the last thing on these leaders' feeble minds. Now I understand why SESes are the most hated and distrusted part of government management.

    Telework is great if you can have your boss let you work either at a telework station or at home. Why is it that a manager can manage people in states away from the main office but won't let all the staff in the main office work at home unless its a very unusual circumstance.

    I noticed the DOD is absent from the list. Too bad, there are plenty of jobs that could be done outside the workplace. I am interested in how the determination of the five listed agencies was determined and who determined them.
