Since all cases of human bird flu have occurred in people with direct contact with poultry or waterfowl, and since bird flu is showing up in wild geese, shouldn't the U.S. cancel the waterfowl and other bird hunting seasons to reduce the likelihood of hunters contacting bird flu and starting a pandemic by potentially passing the bird flu to non-hunters?
