So, the administration believes the majority of active feds aren't worth retaining so we do not deserve the 3.1 average pay raise. What a morale buster. Remember to vote in the 2006 and 2008 elections.

The senate's decision for the 3.1 percent pay increase was great, but they should have thought about the brave men and women working across the nation's borders (land, air and sea) fighting terrorists and criminals, and should have considered to give them a better pay increase to show the nation's support for them in their effort to do a great job every day.
