So, drug companies get to develop drugs under government contracts without public transparency or cost oversight, they don't need FDA approval, they can charge an arm and a leg because it will actually be a crime to sell generics, and if these outrageously expensive wonder drugs don't work, or end up killing people, the companies that made them can't be sued?
Why isn't there a provision to allow drug companies to collect the life insurance for patients who die of the side effects of their products? That's about the only thing they haven't been given yet.
Too bad the senator from my state on that committee isn't up for reelection yet. But I'll remember this and do what I can to boot him out of office when the time comes. Anyone who supported this madness should be ashamed.
