    I can see it now with one inspector general overseeing both IRAQ and the gulf coast reconstruction. The american people will never know what happened to the billions if we do this. IRAQ money will end up in someone's pocket and the gulf coast will never receive what it should. Leave it up to a republican to figure out how to jack it to the american taxpayer.
