Anyone who is eligible to retire should do so before NSPS comes to your agency. What guarantee do we have under NSPS to receive our retirement benefits? Wasn't Corporate America releasing or firing senior employees so they would not have to pay out retirement benefits? Who is to say NSPS is any different?

Great! I will be retired by then so I won't have to worry about it anymore! I suspect that this delay will allow many other DHS employees the opportunity and the motivation to retire before they are subjected to this pending disaster!

Great, now the long promised "pay for performance" is "sorry, no raise for you this year" just as the unions had predicted. The DoD employees should pay close attention because they are next. King George is laughing all the way to the bank.

It needs to be pushed back permanantly unless there can be more protection put into place for rights and fairness.
I do believe "they" need to revisit why the system in place was put there in the first place.
So many of our decisionmakers are so out of touch with the working class, they don't understand the reality of life for the average American.
