    When talking about the year of the beginning of the collapse of America and its independence and form of government, I usually respond with 1913, with the Federal Reserve Act, the 16th Amendment and the 17th Amendment. But it was closely followed by 1947 with the National Security Act which changed our form of government. The CIA and the NSC and NSA....European Centralization. Where o where is the National Security Council and Central Intelligence Agency and its secrecy in the Constitution and Bill of Rights???????
