It was only a matter of time before someone played the "terrorist card" against the unions. It's a tactic that's so passé, it's chique again. The red-baiting of the 40's and 50's against unions proved to be a witch hunt. It will prove to be the same now.
The only terrorist actions I have seen so far is the fatuous comments made by the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation. Their disingenuous mission of providing "... free legal aid "to employees whose human or civil rights have been violated by abuses of compulsory unionism" only furthers the machinations of this administrations war against the middle class.

To quote the words from the song, "Blowin in the Wind": "When will they ever learn, when will they ever learn...?" We're fortunate to live in a great society, but America has one tragic flaw, collective amnesia when it comes to 9/11! Not that the primary cause of this horrible attack were the private screeners, they were just following FAA guidelines. But in response to this heinous incident, the TSA was created. Now, after an expenditure of millions of dollars, new uniforms, training, etc., it's time to simply fold our tents and sneak away...The 9/11 commission found many culprits, but they failed miserably to connect the dots. Fix the TSA problems, don't re-employ 'square badges' ever again.

What? The people want rights. The government will have none of that.

I know of no case where employees' membership in a union or their right to collective bargaining has caused a breach in national security. Now I can name more than a few examples of instances where a manager or non-union employee threatened the security of this country.
I know of no collective bargaining agreement (keep in mind that labor contracts are joint agreements reached by employer and union) that contains provisions that grant preference over national security.
Wake up - the myth spinners just want to erode and eliminate the rights of those who keep the wheels of government greased and working.
